& inquiries.
What the forms collect
The consumer digital forensics form collects your selected topic, available records, permission status, optional timing, optional interest in a USB report copy, and reply email. The OSINT form collects your selected research topic, who the research is for and your reply email. If you choose optional device handoff, the forensics form also collects your preference for remote files, shipping, NYC pickup or an NYC visit, and your borough for NYC options. Older NYC inquiry links lead to the same consumer intake. Sending a form shares those choices with DE&TH DIARIES.
Content creation inquiries
The content creation form collects your project type, requested content formats, reply email, and any public project link or short brief you choose to share. These details go to our team by email so we can discuss the work and a quote. Project links are not automatically opened or downloaded. Do not include passwords, access tokens, confidential material or private access links. There are no file uploads or payments in this form. Sending a brief does not place an order or guarantee coverage, publication or a positive review.
Where inquiries go
Inquiries are processed through our website host, Sites, and email provider, Resend, then delivered to ddmgmt@deathdiaries.com through our receiving email provider. Our team can reply to the address you supply. A confirmation means the sending service accepted the inquiry for delivery; it does not mean the team has read it.
Keep evidence out of the inquiry
Do not send passwords, recovery codes, private messages, documents or evidence attachments. These forms accept no uploads or payments. The optional handoff choices do not request a street address. Shipping instructions, pickup or a visit are agreed separately after confirming feasibility, availability, permissions and scope. Before any accepted case, we agree scope, permissions, transfer, access and retention separately.
Merch pre-order interest
The merch interest form collects your email, selected country, product choices, color and size preferences, quantities and consent to contact you about the drop. It saves those details with a request reference, timestamp and notification status in our private hosted database. We also send an internal notification through Resend to ddmgmt@deathdiaries.com. A merch confirmation means your interest was recorded, even if the internal notification is delayed.
We use these requests to plan quantities, colorways and size demand and to contact you about final pricing, sizing and availability. They are non-binding expressions of interest, not orders or reservations. We collect no payment information or street address. This consent is for the merch drop, not a general newsletter. Contact ddmgmt@deathdiaries.com to withdraw interest or request removal of your saved details.
Spam prevention
Abuse-control records store keyed fingerprints of the connection or signed-in identity and reply email, plus attempt counters. These counter records do not include raw IP addresses, raw emails or form choices. Counters expire after two days and are removed when the intake is next used. Hosting and email-service retention still apply.
Browsing this site
We do not add advertising pixels, session recording or marketing analytics. The site links to external platforms including YouTube, Enleak, Medium, LinkedIn and learning resources. Their own policies apply after you follow a link. Inquiry-form choices remain in the open page until submitted; reloading clears them. The merch cart stores selected designs, color and size preferences, and quantities in this browser so the cart can survive a reload. Email and country fields are not saved to browser storage.
Questions or deletion requests
Email ddmgmt@deathdiaries.com with a general request. Do not attach evidence. We will discuss what can be removed and any applicable handling requirements.
